Here's a quick look at the average Mayan day:
4:00 AM: Women would wake up and start the fires where they would cook breakfast.
5:00 AM: Men finished eating breakfast and headed to the fields to harvest the maize with their sons.
12:00 PM: Men and boys would return from field, sometimes hunting or checking their traps along the way. "They would kill birds with blowpipes and clay pellets. Sometimes they also hunted with spears." (http://www.kidsnewsroom.org/elmer/infoCentral/frameset/civilizations/maya/daily/index.html). When they got home, they would take baths, sometimes in community baths. (This shows that they had decent hygiene, since most cultures in that time period would take baths once a month.)
Dinner Time: I couldn't find specificly when, but after bathing, the men would eat dinner with the women serving. The women would eat later.
After Dinner: Men worked crafting wooden and jade things to use in trade. Women would weave and spin cotton.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Farming: "Farmers had their own plots of land as well as gardens as next to heir houses. Each village also had a plot of communal land which everyone would help to tend. Farmers drained swampy areas, and inclosed with earth banks to keep the water out and the farmers would plant crops there. Then they built irrigation canals, which brought water from the swamps to the crops growing in the fields. Mayans made use of several kinds of trees. Cocoa beans from cocao trees were considered valuable and sometimes used as money. People chewed the leaves of the sapodilla tree, and the resin from copal trees was used in religious ceremonies." Clothes:
Men: wore an ex which is a loincloth
Women: wore loose sack like dresses
Priests and Nobles: wore clothes made of finer materials that had shells and beads on them; in ceremonies they wore head-dresses
